In reponse to the comments in the post below.
1) I really haven't had the time in the last little while to post.
2) and I really think that veela (yes, you) should not be thinking, caring or thinking about work at all. you are in Ireland or possibly on to another country by now. i want stories of the places you visited while on vacation. you need to concentrate on that and that alone until you get back, then you can care about work.
